The insight would be in how you would view an ideal cabinet. Regardless, it was a question posed by an Osiran that should be answered :p

So discussing potential leadership roles in our region is wrong, but buying votes with the promise of such positions is a-okay?

Thus, instead of naming anybody or pushing you to take care of all the micromanagement, I'd rather know what projects you'd like each member of the cabinet to pay full attention to and how would you expect to coordinate with your cabinet, specifically:

Culture>
Foreign Affairs>
Security Affairs>
Justice>
Integration>
Military>
WA Affairs>

For culture and integration I'd want them to handle the festival of creation and coordinate with FA and media to get the word out to every one of our friends and allies. I'd also task them with helping new citizens get to know the OFO perhaps even going so far as to start a mentor type program for new members.

for FA in addition to helping culture spread the word about the festival I'd have them start approaching the various regions I listed and try to start work on some formal treaties and relations there are about 5 or 6 regions I wanna try to work with so they would have their hands full on that front.

For security they just need to keep doing what they are doing.

for justice I'd have them get started on the mock trials I suggested and have them report out on it to media so it could go in our reports.

for the military id try to put a recruiting goal in place, nothing too bad, I'd work with the scribe of war to figure out how much they can do. We want to grow the legion.
I'd also have war work with media to release details as opsec permits on their doings.

For the WA I'd like to see more involvement from the general populace on vote trends. I'm thinking i'd help them out by generally keeping a poll up about the current resolution and making the WA scribe more accessible to the people. I'd also have them send regular reports to the media department for release.

It's an ambitious agenda but I feel that it's doable
