While I don't mind having a neighbor, for RP purposes you might wish to create some space between you and your closest neighbor.

But in your post you asked for the area near Cetla?
so which is it?

Sorry, I read number 14 as Cetla. I wanted the land below Kalpitri.
If that's too close, I'll take HH 14, HH 15, FF 14, FF 15.
