Voting is closed. The official results of the December 2016 election for Chief Scribe are as follows:
Greyghost: 7 (33%)
Sygian: 10 (48%)
Wrektopia: 3 (14%)
Reopen Nominations: 1 (5%)
Abstain: 0
The votes of Badger and The Great Wall of Mexico were discounted, in accordance with
Article I, Section 1(3) of the Scroll of Ma'at , which prohibits nations from voting who became citizens after the initiation of an election.
For reference, the election was
initiated November 30, 2016.
Badger's
citizenship was approved December 4, 2016.
The Great Wall of Mexico's
citizenship was approved December 4, 2016.
As no candidate obtained the necessary 50% +1 of the vote, there will be a run-off election between Greyghost and Sygian, pursuant to
Article II, Section 1(7) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
