As someone largely unfamiliar with the act in question and the character of the individual in question, I need more information about this person, whether this is the only mark on his record, etc. If, and only if, there are no other incidents of such infamous behavior -and- the forum destroyed was as insubstantial and irrelevant as Raven suggests, I would be very much open to the removal of the Deshret PNG though I wouldn't feel enthusiastic about it.
Keep in mind that, unlike the lives that were lost during terrorist attacks, the forum was fully restored by Shadoke.
And CSP needs to keep in wantonly outcasting everyone permenantly actually doesn't do any good. May you should seriously read debates on COPS and FD.
Obviously, not every person can reform but treating everyone li they can't and never forgiving is stupid as fuck. End Story.

@CSP it was indeed the only mark on his record he has no other history or inclination of such activities.
That being said, I motion to bring the issue of rescinding Shadoke's PNG to a vote.

Seeing as I wasn't here at the time of all this, I can't really offer much input. But, I think it would be great to hear another side of the story that only a few members seem to know. Maybe if we heard it from Shadoke, we'd be a little more susceptible to believe his remorse and repentance.
I vote to remove the PND (if we are at that stage).

He isn't a bad kid; he's worked pretty hard to redeem himself to the international community. He has done nothing notably questionable since the forum was destroyed. So far as I'm concerned, his willingness to stand trial is better than his initial step of (regardless of intent concerning Syl's involvement, which is another matter entirely) running away from a potential condemnation.
Several regions have given him a chance so far, including Alexandria and The East Pacific. Given my observations of his conduct in both regions, I agree with giving him a chance to stand trial properly.

If we are going to have a vote, can I have some information about him? I have no idea what this is about, other than someone breaking the forum.

For anybody asking for more information:
https://osiris.valthost.com/viewtopic.php?&t=10866799
https://osiris.valthost.com/viewtopic.php?&t=10866993
Reading through the entirety of both threads would offer a great amount of information on the issue. If anybody bothered clicking on the thread in the Opening Post that linked to the Deshret topic, that topic's Opening Post actually had a link to the discussion thread for it that provides a great bounty of evidence on the matter. However, it's also the first one of my links, for those that are curious.
Don't ask for an explanation when the explanation is literally already there for you to read

Apologies.
I'll vote removing his PNG so he can stand trial.
