Voting in this election has closed. It has ended in a tie, 10-10. As a result of this, and persuant to the Elections Administration Act, as the Election Administrator, I am charged with casting the deciding vote.
I have spent the last 50 minutes deliberating and reading over the threads, again and again. Both candidates are strong for various reasons and have shown me plenty of reasons for which to cast my vote in their favor. That being said, I have reached my decision.
I have decided to cast my vote in favor of Festavo.
Festavo has won the election by a count of 11-10 and is elected Pharaoh of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
