A line starts to form at the bakery counter in spite of the burnt odor. Perhaps it's gone now. Either way, the customers are looking for cookies. She has enough cookies to satisfy the first three customers but the fourth, Ivo, is not getting any and he is irate. She apologizes and try's to convince him that the sugar cookies are better but he's having none of it. And then, all of a sudden, Festavo is standing there demanding to know what the problem it.
"He wants chocolate chip cookies but I'm all out"

[class=members]Festavo[/class] smacks Koth and tells him to call him by his newfound spiritual name "Festavo", but is then appalled by the commotion over cookies.

"Make a new batch and give him some for free."

Impossible girl apologizes to the customer.
"Please come back when you've finished selecting your other purchases. I will do my best to have the cookies ready for you when you return. And here," she hands him a sugar cookie, "enjoy this while you do your shopping. It's very sweet, I think you'll like it."

Watching the cookies bake intently, I pull out in time with two sheets of perfect cookies to show for me effort. Jubilant with success, I set them to cool and take one to Sev. He is just finished cleaning up on isle 6 as she hands him the warm cookies, gooey chocolate morsels covering the top. "You look like you could use one of these."

Shit. She knows. I wonder what she put in these cookies. "Hmm? Oh..uh, thanks." Shit. I forgot her name. Maybe she has her name badge on...damnit. Must be on her apron.

He smiled at her, having just cleaned up the results of the mayonaise armaggedon known as the Smith twins, having been set free to reign terror on the store while Mrs. Smith looked for the 12 tubes of Wave toothpaste, 23 jars of olives, 51 cans of StarFist tuna, and other sundry she would never need and probably never use, but would shelf in her house like a Class-A hoarder.

Maybe she was nice, afterall. I mean, she couldn't have put anything in just one cookie, and she wouldn't risk her job over this, would she? A sudden tinge of guilt swept over him as he saw her disheveled appearance, probably in a rush to meet the demands he had placed on her with his prank. He took the cookie from her and bit into it, searching the tile floor for some words to say to her. He ground the toe of his shoe into the tile, but nothing poetic was coming to him. "They're really good." Really? They're really good? What an idiot I am. "You look like you could use one yourself."

[class=members]The Roger Pirates[/class] waits, bored, behind one of Osi-Mart's dozen cash registers.

"Where are all the customers???!!" He impatiently exclaims.

OOC: is this how you do this RP thing? :D

OOC: you've nailed it Pirate Man :)

While talking to the mop bucket kid, she noticed that he was doing the aw shucks thing with his foot and misread it as him being shy. She got nervous and excused herself racing back to the safety of the bakery. Meanwhile, her angry customer was back looking for his free cookies and it didn't help that she wasn't there when he arrived. She apologized again and handed over the box of cookies.
