The only thing we can figure is that either your home network or the local isp you are using has it blocked for some reason
considering that he and I are on different continents and we can both see it fine I don't think there is much else we can do for you

Ok then. Seems those maps that are in the spoiler boxes are pretty much the same as the current ones.

Jash that's a bit large, try to keep it around 4 squares.
I'd also suggest that you both put some distance between your holdings and those of your neighbors.
