The Keeper notes the resignation of Bob Moran, his vote is therefore stricken.
Due to the fact that this vote was even found by the larger Deshret to be necessary in the first place I will vote Aye.
I am disappointed in the councilor's behavior that contributed to this unfortunate chain of events.
In the future I hope that everyone can look back on this and use it as a lesson to remain calm in the face of adversity.
That being said, let us put this behind us and move forward.

14 Nay
and 7 Abstains
North East Somerset retains membership in the Deshret.
Due to the fact that this vote was even found by the larger Deshret to be necessary in the first place I will vote Aye.
