Long Awaited Scribe Appointments

Someone clearly decided to trash Festavo sorry but when someone had a period in their NS career where they could ONLY raid from their phone due to RL constraints and still actually used to trigger a full raid from their phone(this is changed since then I am made to understand) should help explain why he could not contribute to the orgs he was part of as fully or to some arbitrary standard. When I appointed Festavo as part of the AoI military he left the region within a matter of days because of yet another fight between him and Rift after partaking in some raids so for Mr.Anonymous to bring that up in an example is weak as is Sicarius if you ask their leadership they will have only good things to say about it he recruited for them with personal TGs by the way. I can't speak to TBR perhaps Bob can comment but his work in TBH has made him a corporal and as far as I know Jakker only promotes on merit.

Any of his dealings in CoF and AoI should be taken with a grain of a salt since he and Rift have a toxic relationship and constantly are at each other's throats yet the difference is that in recent times Rift has gone out of his way to target Festavo. Rift just STFU with some people not following the merge and going to Ceirien instead they have freedom to do whatever they want just accept that Stretch, FDR and some other actives like Rella just didn't want to come to Osiris you in fact don't own them.

Festavo has been quite honest and forthcoming in his desire to be war scribe some others have not and if you will use that "anonymous" nonsense to take points away from him then please take points away from the other people who are clearly stirring shit up. Hate it when people don't play fair you trash a potential in front of potential allies this whole episode has effectively brought a hit to Festavo's Rep that's a serious matter.

I recently got an "anonymous" submission regarding Festavo and his time in NS that the Deshret will likely want to read.

During the time of COF Festavo was elected to High Overseer. At which point he was given numerous tasks by Rifty and was found to have completed none across this time. After complaints from Rifty there were constant complaints between the pair. Festavo never picked up work so he was expelled from the region.

He later was invited back to AoI and elected to the same position by the region. At which point yet again was unable to provide anything to the government. Did absoultly nothing and by the next election Rifty made a point of getting him not elected. Strech was elected instead.

Noble than decided to appoint him as second in command of the AoI Military. He took part in a few raids but other than that nothing of substance came forward. He was confronted by Rifty and Noble in a chat where they discussed it all. They made clear he needed to begin working and stop signing up for numerous regions military if he was unable to work in AoIs.

He than made clear that he will help here if TBR was not doing anything. After a while he made clear he wasn't helping AoI until he got promoted in TBH. Stress kept growing. Rifty had made plans of a coup of The Darwinish Coalition. It was known between Rifty, Noble and Festavo at the time.

All festavo knew was that Rifty was going to get involved in there. Rifty went about it through a nation called Hush Hush (Used Hush Hush for an attempt on a new means of raiding in St Abbaddon might I add). Hush Hush got close with the leadership. After being there a while Festavo moved into the region and became their minister of defense while at AoI. He made clear to Rifty that this was done purely to help out with the infiltration and there would be no leakage.

As Hush Hush i was discussing with all the leaders and Festavo where he announced about our raid plans. Rifty confronted him where he disagreed that it ever occured. Rifty has messages where he admmited to it and was considering leaving NS down to it being a breach of Raider Unity which could have turned to an expulsion from TBR.

He was a member of TBR, OFO, AoI, Sic and TBH all at the same time but provided little to any regions military.

As a member of Sicarius they saw the value in him. They decided to promote him only once the region had collapsed.

He has consistntly made clear that working with Defenders is a no go. He is a staunch supporter of Raider Unity and refused to take part in Anne Frank because of the fact it was a liberation and defenders were involved.

There is a clear history of him whining and the moment rifty enters a chat of him announcing publically he will not chat until Rifty leaves

I'll note that I'm very much considering this report personally, regarding the nomination, and will get back to you lads on what I think about it sometime tomorrow. If I do end up having to pick a different War Scribe, I do have some candidates lined up right behind Festavo so it'd be a very quick process for sure. As with most things, I encourage both the Deshret and the nominees in question to comment on the provided details and perhaps explain them to us better?

I'd definitely like to hear Festavo's take on this.

I would like to thank you all for your patience. I was busy last night and this morning. And I would like to thank Noble for standing up for me in my absence.

Rifty can say all he wants about me being incompetent. Maybe I was back then. Maybe I just didn't like Rifty anymore. I can't really say. It's been a while and times have changed. Rifty can try to slander me, vandalize my reputation, etc. He already tried to blackmail. If only I had saved all those telegrams. I want to move forward. I want to end the drama. I don't want to be his friend, but I want to be civilized about it. I applied for War Scribe because I want to make the Legion better. I actually want to. When I joined AoI and such my motives may not have been as pure. He is the one who forced me out of AoI by telling me to graphically kill myself. I want to move on. I don't want to bring up his failings, but he sure wants to throw mine in my face.

I have stretched out in the past. Not 12 organizations as in the post. I'm in 4 right now including Osiris. If I am confirmed as war scribe I will take a leave of absence in two. Osiris will be my top priority. I will not let Raider Unity dictate my actions I will let why is best for Osiris do that. The only other organization I wish to remain in during my Tenure is TBH but I won't let that dictate my actions. If need be, I will take a leave there too. I am fully prepared to dedicate fully to the Sekhmet Legion.

There are lies in that anonymous post. I was not in all those organization at the same time. I have only been in the OFO since January and I have not missed one vote, I have not missed one day on the Osi chat, I have not neglected to check the forums most every day. I have been a good citizen. That post is an attempt to vandalize my reputation in Osiris and could be seen as borderline slander. I didn't want this to get dirty.

I ask that all of you, including Tim, not be swayed by the words of the man hiding behind anonymity. I ask that if you doubt my capabilities to ask those I have worked with and myself. I am sure you will hear good things. Notice how if I was so terrible in AoI and CoF, Noble the co founder of AoI and military leader for a time in CoF supports me. Keep these things in mind.

Please do not blatantly lie to the Deshret. That amateur level attempt at manipulation may have been acceptable in AoI, but it will get you tossed out on your ass here rather quickly.

Given that Rifty has lied about providing the above information to Tim, the information itself also can't be trusted, and I accept what Festavo has said. He has my support for War Scribe.

Had someone ask me a few questions though where I was more than happy to fill in the gaps - I put forward to TimTim that you had your citizens recruit 4 people who would have joined the legion. Other than that not going to take part in the drama. x

For what it's worth, after a discussion with Festavo I have a lot of confidence in him. I honestly believe that he will try his damnedest to be the best that the Sekhmet deserves.
