The Keeper wishes to note the following

As myself and Andrew are both subjects of this vote neither of us can administer it.
Under procedure if the Curator assigned is unable to do so then it falls to the senior most member
of the Deshret who is not subject to the vote. Which in this case would be Joshua, followed I think by NES.

I will have to do some research and determine the order of precedence but I feel fairly confident of at least those two.
