To answer your first question there is one way I see to deal with this. And that's endo tart like it's going out of style so that I can up the endorsement limit for Guardians.
And yes I currently have one person already planned out and I may go with one more appointment, still not sure on that yet.

In NS? You <3 (also if I were honest it would definitely have to be Darth Radix II, Emperor of The New Galactic Empire.) IRL? We're going to have to go historical here. Gonna have to go with FDR, regardless of what I think about welfare he did have the leadership to pull our nation through the Great Depression and WWII.
