Secondly, Audax - I was one of the original Five Founders of the region. We had a small war with the Versutian Federation however it was quickly stopped.

Duck leg due to the fact that you aren't willing to move your WA around, can't be on at update, and don't have a Skype I'm going to have to deny your application into the ISRA at this time. If these items change at any point you may reapply.
