Sharing of founders seems like something set up for trouble and issues down the line especially with an elected position that changes hands every few months. My inclination would be to have the ROOT responsible for maintaining the founders of colonies, if he is willing. He's trusted to maintain and have ultimate authority over the forum so it seems suitable that the position is responsible for colony founders and would hopefully prevent the issues that can arise with nation sharing.

Charles does have a point. We trust him to maintain the heart and soul of our region, I don't see a problem with the root maintaining regions in-game. He's a sign of stability here, why not abroad?
