A strong speech and interesting answers. Good luck!

One question for now, given you are placing importance on the culture of the region, would you consider reorganising the forum to dedicate more space to culture (i.e. I think it is very odd and restricting that Ptah is all squeezed into one forum when generally you'd find everything in there given its own category)?

Thank you Cere :)

I'd definitely be open to discussing a re-organisation with the Admin team on this, to accommodate any wishes of the Scribe of Ptah. Although at the same time I can understand the motivation to keep the sections under one category in order to make the forum look neater and be easier to navigate.

Interesting responses indeed!

1. What will your leadership mean for the future direction and place of Osiris in the GCR community, and in the greater NS world?

2. Will you allow your Scribes great autonomy in the formulation of the priorities of individual priesthoods or do you prefer a more hands-on, personally engaged approach? You will head the executive branch, what is your management style?

3. Any bill you'd like the Deshret to pass under your term? Do you have any ideas for legislation?

Thank you and the best of luck!:)

Thank you Josh :)

[1] I would hope that my leadership would signify to the other GCRs and greater community that Osiris is moving forward from its past, and is now in a peacetime delegacy with significantly stronger foundations than its prior incarnation. I have been a well known and visible figure of Osiris over the last year, managing the Foreign Affairs department and working alongside various other regions - from GCRs to UCRs over that period whilst representing Osiris and would hope that my election would show that we're a unified community who aren't "the bringer of the end times", as certain people have put it over the last month.

[2] I am happy to allow them considerable leeway in how they run their departments, and how they promote internal priesthood ranks as needed. I'm happy to support them in whatever they need but would prefer to allow them to show me, and Osiris why they are the best people for the roles. I feel that taking a hands on approach will not just cause the Scribes to feel that I doubt their abilities but will cause Osiris to think that I have to do everything on my own... which isn't something I want... that and I find that people work best when left to their own devices.

In terms of my style - I would require regular updates on their tasks, and advance notice of any special projects that could require my attention. I'm happy to work with them and approve requests as needed, but I'd like to know their plans for the departments, and ensure that both the Deshret and myself are fully aware of any long term plans and ramifications we could expect from them.

[3] The one bill that I'd like to see through the Deshret again, is the Colonies and Territories act from Old-Osiris, which was proposed by Venico - I think it'd provide a nice little task for the Legion, and something interesting for Ptah and Isis to focus on. As for legislation, I'm still thinking on that, I've always preferred to leave the legislating to those who enjoy it, I've had nightmares more than once about dealing with a constitutional document. :P

Thank you again, Josh :)

Thank you LR!:) A follow up if you'd permit me.

Culture. What can we expect from you in that area as Pharaoh?

Certainly, just give me a few moments to put my thoughts into words. :)

I've been very happy with the Roleplays that have started in Osiris since the new order, and would seek to see them continue. This is also a brilliant opportunity to use the Colonies and Territories Act to include territories on a regional map - and I'm actually planning to give the Governors permission to set up a provincial government to run the colony - I'm currently drafting something to that effect as an edit of the original Colonies and Territories Act.

Culture is more than just roleplay though, and sometimes people forget that. We already have a strong and active IRC channel, but I'd like to start seeing us use a Skype chat for voice calls as well - not often, and it would be open to whoever wanted to join, and we could possibly start adopting events and games night - which I've seen do well in other regions, but is something that we haven't been able to focus on properly over the last eight months of upheaval. This could also mean a Steam Group, online matches against each other, and possibly trophies and awards given out on the forum - something I need to discuss more with the admin team on the viability.

There was an old project called the Library of Alexandria on the old forum, it was to be our University. I'd like to revive the project, under a different name and see if we cannot go about documenting our second rise, and preserving history, specifically achievements and milestones, as well as the names of those who have served Osiris, both allied regions and internal officials. I do not know how long Osiris will last as a community, but there are regions celebrating a decade... wouldn't it be glorious if 10 years from now we can say that the OFO has stood the test of time against the naysayers and have a list of those who made it possible?

Culture, and a shared regional identity. The latter is something that Osiris has been lacking lately, and something I want to begin to change. Although anyone who uses Osirian will be hung. I'm sorry.

I confess, I would like to build a temple for Osiris to worship my Cat, and might consult the Deshret on doing so. As I've said in reply to Cere earlier, I'll be happy to discuss giving our culture department more prominence and allowing our various creative offerings to be more accessible to the region.

There is a possibility of a cultural visa in the future I think, pending discussion with the Admin team, cabinet and the Deshret on something which could see a form of creativity sharing - I know that we already have a map which borders Albion, and I expect we'll have one for The New Inquisition, and Balder soon, so I think it'll open up a few more options for festivals, map-sharing and cultural heritage sharing.

As you can tell, I've got a lot of things I'd like to try, and I know we have a very strong culture team sitting in this region with untapped potential, so the next couple of months will be fun, hopefully. :D

One question:

I'm quite happy that you want to bring back the Territories Act. In line with that, would you permit Scribes to appoint deputies to take charge of the Priesthoods in the territories (for example, me appointing Priests of Seshat to be District Attorneys)?

Also, for what it's worth, I'd like to declare my official endorsement of Lord Ravenclaw for Pharaoh.

I would, although I would ask that the Scribes speak with the Governor of the Province and give them an option of whether they want a particular person as staff. Communication is important and we need to listen to each other if we want to be able to work together and get things done.

And thank you Zeo :)
