No. However, we seem to be on good terms with a region that is not on good terms with Osiris (TEP).

We hope to have a very fruitful and productive relationship with Osiris, but we understand the possible tensions that may arise should hostilities break about between two nations with which we would have diplomatic relations.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to deny your application for Diplomatic Visa. Due to your Persona Non Grata status within Osiris, you are ineligible for any form of Diplomatic Status. If Madrigal still desires representation within Osiris, somebody else will have to serve as the Ambassador.
