I was a citizen of Yokai before my nation was deleted. Upon activation, I was refounded here.

I do not have access to a computer and I am currently operating through a console-based browser, so i fear that untill such time when I can afford one, I am barred from citizenship, being unable to copy/paste the form.

Neyla, I'd suggest just answering the questions to the best of your ability in a textpost then, perhaps memorizing the questions or something of the sort.
