Hastein nodded. "Keep this on your person at all times." He handed her one of his warded coins, his back to the outcropping so as not to be seen.

He stood up then, and turned back towards the camp. Waving an empty hand in the name, he signalled that it was safe.

Helana hides the coin in her armor, then tries to push the heavy camel off of herself.

"Well it seems we no longer need to worry about thief. This woman has some explaining to do herself though."

Helana spits out "Dammit, ask your questions then, I can't feel my legs"

Dorian stood up, hood once again covering his face in darkness and in a low almost growling voice spoke "lets start with who you are and what the hell you're doing here".

Helana sighs "I am Helana of Tauria, I'm a Taurian Ranger dispatched after a thief that stole from our capital. I'm here to recover what she stole, o solid silver brooch in the shape of a butterfly."

"And so instead of bringing her in, you know...alive, you decided to fire on a non hostile camp and kill her for it? Doesn't sound ranger like to me." Valk said from his perch, spinning a dagger in his palm occasionally.

"I'll admit I didn't think this one through, it's my first mission out of country, In country, thefy is an automatic death sentance"

"Most everywhere else, murder is," Shar said in an even tone, finally leaving cover, "You should be more careful,"
