What kind of retro video games?

pleased to make your acquaintance! well, i was big on playstation 1 back in the day. a lot of games were available to me that were not region-specific so yeah. mostly rpgs and fantasy games.

i played a lot of other games too especially on nintendo family computer and sega genesis!

You didn't give me any names, thou :-p I'ma guess earthbound, FF7, and uummmm Tekken. How'd I do?

oh sorry about that! ff7 i played the heck out of, even managing to get final attack materia junctioned to phoenix, and using knights of the round as a constant summon. with tekken, well everybody knows tekken lol but i'm not so good at it! i haven't heard of earthbound yet sorry

i played lots of games for ps1 -- breath of fire, legend of legaia, legend of dragoon, chrono cross, guardian's crusade, ff7, ff8, ff9, fftactics, chocobo's mysterious dungeon, legend of mana, xenogears, threads of fate, alundra, alundra 2... i could go on and on hahaha! yes, i do love rpgs there's a backstory too as to why i love those kinds of games so yeah!

Only kidding! legend of Mana is great I've played some of those games. I played a chocobo game on the Wii, but honestly I on;y played it because it was super cute, not going to lie. I don't even think I actually ever beat it now that I think about it. Anyway, welcome to Osiris! Are you on the discord? I think I saw you now that I think about it. yeah i'm on discord! i'm still feeling my way around things. i come and go in ns but it seems that there are so many features i've neglected in the past that i am swamped with the newest stuff here.

i will look for the #vidya channel lol but it'll take some time once i figure out how to do it.

btw, chocobo's dungeon's selling point is definitely the cuteness appeal. it is a great game nonetheless -- very simple and easy to understand. legend of mana i love love love. it's a great game!

chrono cross is ofc an amazing, underrated game in it's own right. while i confess that i have tried attempting the trigger game multiple times over the years, it hasn't quite stuck on me as much as cross.
