In accordance with Article VIII, Section 3 of the Scroll of Horus, because they were admitted to citizenship within seven days prior to the vote, the votes cast by Davelands and Cain have been discarded.
With 7 Aye, 0 Nay, and 1 abstention, the Criminal Code Act has passed the Council of Scribes.
The Criminal Code Act will now be presented to the Pharaoh for his assent.
