In accordance with Article VIII, Section 3 of the Scroll of Horus, because they were admitted to citizenship within seven days prior to the vote, the votes cast by Davelands and Cain have been discarded. A duplicate vote by Sygian was also discarded.
With 10 Aye, 0 Nay, and 0 abstentions, the Procedural Rules of the Council of Priests Act has passed the Council of Scribes.
The Procedural Rules of the Council of Priests Act will now be presented to the Pharaoh for his assent.
