By a vote of 10-2, with 3 abstentions, the South Pacific is proscribed at the request of the Pharaoh.
This begins the 72 hour grace period in which citizens may withdraw from participation in the South Pacific. The Pharaoh has defined participation, in this instance, as Legislator status or formal participation in a government ministry. It does not apply to simple residence.
