I've changed my vote to Nay due to the valid concerns regarding the amount of time this was discussed. We may want to (separately) discuss mandating a minimum discussion period for matters before the Council of Scribes so everyone will understand what is too short a discussion period.

I want to emphasize though that I will continue to support this addition to the list of proscribed regions and organizations after there has been adequate discussion time.

I understand the reasoning behind Pharaoh Neo Kervoskia's veto, and I would like to apologize for not handling this in a proper manner.

The fact that their leadership did not combat doxxing in any serious manner is completely unacceptable and we have to make it clear that we do not tolerate that sort of behavior in any way, shape or form. Doxxing is one of the worst offenses one can commit on the internet (and in this particular case it could have resulted in serious stalking of Sygian) and we can't tolerate anything but unequivocal condemnation of that despicable act.

I just want to clarify this. As far as I know, none of my real life personal information was revealed, and I hope it remains that way. Hence the reason I said "attempting to dox". They did, however, use my discord and NS google account to try and find ties to my personal accounts. I am not sure how my NS and RL accounts would be tied together, but the internet is a strange place and most of us know that.

I agree with Atlantica, the fact that their leadership did not lay down punishments or even a strict slap on the wrist is unacceptable, and quite offensive to me and only makes me feel more threatened. I have not heard anything since the most previous incident that I mentioned in the OP, and I hope it does not continue.

I know that a couple of people wanted to further discuss this amendment in an appropriate manner, and I would like to remind that the discussion is still open for anyone that wishes to say anything.
