[Passed] GCR Sovereignty Accords
I have some misgivings on how article one is phrased. Specifically the phrasing "form of government". This seems to indicate a looser mutual defense language than I expected. Essentially as long as Osiris remains a "Constitutional Monarchy" (which is our current form of government) regardless of how a sitting delegate takes power, then that rogue delegate would have every right to ask the GCR Sov alliance for military assistance.
This goes both ways as well. If we were to decide at some point to take the monarchy out of our constitutional monarchy, even if the whole region and the delegate agrees it's for the best, we'd have a whole process to retain membership. Unless, I suppose, the delegate doesn't make that change. If the change is made by non-delegate actors, the whole clause is meaningless.
I think it was supposed to mean the government (say the Osiris Fraternal Order, for example) and not "form of government"? But intent and letter are two different things.
All that said? There's amendment language inherent to the piece. So bleh. I'm a huge fan of TWP and Balder, and TP never did me no wrongs. I also second this to vote.
