Cormac's questions in Bold. (quote takes up too much space)
1. What are your thoughts on the recent termination of relations with the South Pacific? What, if anything, would you have done differently?
I'm fully on board with it, and it proceeded more or less exactly as I would have handled it.
2. Roses are red, violets are blue, write us a poem to get to know you.
My Name is Big Biyah
I have been around forever
C'mac can kiss my
ass foot.
(*coughs*)
See Questions 14.
3. What are your thoughts on the re-establishment of relations with the Feeders and Sinkers with which we have no relations (The North Pacific, the South Pacific, and Lazarus)? Is re-establishment of relations with those regions something you consider worthwhile, and why or why not?
There used to be a time when the Feeders were relevant, but that time has mostly passed. (Yes, that hurt to say, given my past).
The only one really worth the effort of getting to know would be The North Pacific, but I do not believe they're philosophy jibes well with ours. They over legislate to a point where even their common treaties read like stereo instructions - not something we really need to deal with, I think.
If times change and a relationship looks like it would be in the common good, then I have no problems nurturing one.
As for the rest of the Feeders, as I said, I don't think there is a point. They are either inactive, or philosophically opposed to our Raider/Imperialist nature. If that ever changes, I'd be perfectly pleased to hitch on. But there is no point in having a relationship with a (mostly) dead region.
Of course, the region must also respect our sovereignty before we even consider a relationship. Lazarus comes to mind, there.
4. Post a YouTube video of a song that describes your campaign and what you want to accomplish if you're elected Chief Vizier.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDpopCrIjxs <--- describes the campaign and what I want to accomplish in the first five minutes.

5. Carpe diem or caveat emptor? Explain your answer please.
Caveat Emptor. From a NS perspective, anyway.
We're already seizing the day by playing a political game, we're pushing our agendas and having fun. Nationstates, however, is filled with different philosophies and gameplay styles. One must inspect carefully before engaging. And always wear a condom when engaging in politics, it's the safe thing to do.
6. If you could change one thing about Osiris, what would you change and why? More importantly, how?
Its past, and my part in it. The revolution a couple years ago wouldn't have had to happen had a few things been different. We'd have had a situation that would have been more tenable.
And though it can't be changed, we can prevent another necessary coup by fostering inter-personal relations within the region. We've already got a good start with a region-only skype chat, and lots of 'friendships'. I think I would like to establish an old TWP-style ring-of-fire where grievances can be aired in a place that's safe and secure.
7. What are your thoughts on the GCR Sovereignty Accords? How about the Invader Network?
I like the theory of the Accords, but they're falling short of 'useful' as only a few regions have signed on. They won't be able to accomplish much like that. It is something we might consider, if we ever decide the other GCRs are worth the effort of mutual defense et al.
The Invader Network is another interesting theory, an extension of raider sovereignty and cooperation. Raiders already work better together than GCR/GCR Miliaries, so they might just be able to do something to shake up the R/D world. Maybe. Time will tell.
8. 10000 Islands abruptly falls founderless and the Legion has a sleeper in the region. Does the Legion take the opportunity to raid it? Why or why not?
Yes. Absolutely.
When I was a hard core defender, 10kI was the biggest pain in my ass as ADN, I dislike unfounded arrogance. The same applies now, they're about the most lazy group I know, and yet they maintain this air of 'We rule you'. There is nothing that irritates me more than someone else thinking they're better than everyone else.
So if they ever fall, then by all means, we'll take part (Subject to any other concerns that might arise, of course). The invasion might not last long, given how many defenders would probably flock to them, but any chance to fly a new flag on that region would rock.
9. The Pharaoh abdicates, and his successor has a very different style of governing. It conflicts with your style of governing. How do you handle the situation?
Well, I'd obviously try to make it work. I don't usually have problems making things work in a professional/government setting. If, after all my efforts to get along, the position becomes untenable - then for the good of the region, I would resign. I have done so before, for the good of the region and the citizens. I don't have enough pride to think MY way is the ONLY way.
10. Stability or activity, which is more important and why?
Stability. Activity can always be fostered in a region that has a secure foothold. Activity for the sake of activity leads to coups, drama and a mass exodus of good people to other, more stable, places.
11. What's your favorite color and why?
Blue. It's a shade that can be mixed light for those days I'm in a good mood, or dark for my grumpy days. Black and Emerald Green come in a close second.
12. You have an opportunity to designate a particular animal the official regional animal of Osiris. Which animal is it, and why?
The Raven. No animal has a more useful image. Dark, for our enemies. They carry messages, showing we always keep open lines of communication. And they are a mysterious animal, something I personally enjoy.
13. We've arrived at the number thirteen. Say something nice about Treize Dreizehn.
He knows what he's about, and has the skills to make it happen.
14. On a scale of 1-10, how much do you love me for asking all these questions?
1 being marriage, 10 being a foot in the ass? You'll need surgery to remove the foot, and mouth-wash to remove the taste. trust me. You’ve spent entirely too much time around Dali.

(See Question Number 2)
Of course, you seem to be the only one asking hard questions - so I guess I have to like you for that. Maybe it'll prompt a few others to take part. (Hint, Hint)
15. Tell us about your favorite experience in Osiris. Tell us how you'd like to see Osiris top that.
Truth be told, my favorites times has always been post-new-government, where we get to see all the hard work go into action, and make any changes that come up. The longer the government runs, and the less issues it has with governing, the more that ennui has set in. That’s one of the issues with maintaining a ‘region only’ vision - we tend to be very introverted.
I would dearly love to see Osiris as the center of a larger bloc alliance, a group that will always have to be diplomatic and have issues to work out. We tried this once with SovCon, but that was a different era and it had its issues.
If we have something to do, we'll always be happy (and busy). And, since I think we as a region need to reach out more in order to improve our immigration rates, a nice alliance with cooperative overtones would help us hone our diplomatic abilities.
