After discussion with the presiding priest, I have decided to recuse myself from the final decision on this case and serve as the defendant's legal council, until such a time as the defendant returns and/or appoints his own legal council.
I would like to enter a plea of not guilty on behalf of my client. While this is, nominally, outside the 48 hour period provided by the presiding Priest, I believe this is, in the best interest of justice.

Myself and the chief advocate are currently in negotiations over the defendant's plea and would like to request time to conclude those negotiations from the Presiding Priest.

I can accept that, I'll grant 48 hours from this point for said discussions if that would be amenable to both parties.

Do the two parties have any agreement yet?

We have reached an agreement on the sentence I proposed. The plea deal is being written by defendant's legal council.

The advocate and defense attorney agree to the following two stipulations:
1. The defense attorney will amend the current plea of "Not Guilty" to "No Contest".
2. The defendant will accept the punishments outlined by the current chief advocate, specifically that the defendant will have their current citizenship application annulled.
Furthermore the defendant will be free to, following judgement, reapply for citizenship assuming that they are both forthright and honest in that application and pursuant to all the limitations afforded to non-citizens applying for citizenship. This should in no way be construed as a guarantee of the acceptance of that application, only that the defendant may reapply.
Signed:
Treize Dreizehn, Legal Council to the Defendant.

I endorse this plea agreement and request that the priests take it under consideration.

If both parties find said plea bargain acceptable then I shall grant it so.

Then I amend the current plea of not guilty to no contest.
I thank the court for its time.

To clarify, for the purpose of providing guidance on which action forum administration should take, has the Council of Priests thus accepted the terms of the proposed plea agreement, and should Petar Winter be shifted from the Indicted to Member masking?
Thank you.
