Those are Turkish and Arabic titles for an ancient Egyptian theme. They're also just about unpronounceable.

I'll look them over and see if a coherent system can be adapted from them. I have to say though that I'm still leaning toward European titles people can easily understand, with Egyptian places (e.g., Duke of Alexandria). Everyone knows what a Duke is and how to pronounce it. The same can't be said for a Khenemetneferhedjet.

The...uh...KRO had titles such as Nomarch and Hedjet and Septarch and stuff like that...or was it the OFO?
