Voting is over and the tally stands at:
Submission 4: 7 votes (47%)
Submission 8: 5 votes (33%)
Submission 7: 1 vote (7%)
Submission 9: 1 vote (7%)
Current Flag: 1 vote (7%)
Because Submissions 7 and 9 were designed by the same person and are similar in design, I think it's possible that those who voted for 7 and 9 may have voted for 8 if given the chance between 4 and 8. That leaves one vote for the current flag which may have gone to either design.
In the interests of a fair vote, there will be a run-off between Submission 4 and Submission 8.
