Bumped the Heir Apparent limit up to 105 in compliance with the constitutional minimum threshold of 75% of my endo count.

Bumped the Priest limit up to 95 and the Heir Apparent limit up to 115, as my own count has risen to 145.

Thanks to the telegram I recently sent, my endorsement count has risen from about 165 to 180. I think it will hold there, if not continue to increase a bit, for the foreseeable future.

So I'm bumping the Heir Apparent cap up to 150 and the Guardian cap up to 120.

As my endorsement count appears to be holding steady around 190, I'm bumping the Heir Apparent cap up to 160, and the Guardian cap up to 130.

As my endorsement count has reached 200, I have raised the Contributor Endorsement Limit, for nations endorsing the Pharaoh, to 50.

Also bumped the Heir Apparent limit to 170 and the Guardian limit to 140.
