I'd like to report I've finished House of Cards Season 3, which was quite nice though I thought not as good as the first two seasons. I've now started the Black List which is indeed amazing.

Most definitely. And they backdoor-piloted them in for Voyager in a way that fit into DS9's themes and stories perfectly.
