I just want to voice an opinion briefly...
The person elected for scribe of war needs to be capable with working with raiders, independents and defenders. None of this crap where we follow TBR and decide not to work with defenders because we place gameplay ideologies iver real life ones. (Anne frank)

Yet as an imperialist region engaging in, insofar as I have been here which admittedly is only a few months, mostly raiderlike actions even if a potential war scribe nominee in their homebase is a full on raider clearly doesn't mean their Osiris persona will be dominated by the demands/commitments of that raider persona.
