I don't see any reason to get uppity over alignment, and don't particularly care if a region is Defender, Imperialist, Raider or Independent. It's just a game in the end and everybody can be civil outside of gameplay.

Regarding the PRL, I want more than a white peace. We'd probably end up reigniting hostilities fairly quickly otherwise.

I really hope that our candidates don't start outlining specifics in regards to peace negotiations in a public forum (Which Josh did not do but I'm just bringing it up in reference to the questions). We definitely don't need our agenda compromised on that front (and given that peace negotiations are currently underway, I really don't want our agenda compromised by promises from Pharaoh candidates).

That's just a request by the way, not a command.

That said, out of all the candidates so far, I am very strongly leaning towards Josh. He's got the experience as a past Pharaoh in the OFO, he's trustworthy, and he's the kind of Pharaoh I could see pulling us out of the muck.

What are your thoughts on the peace deal brokered with Lazarus?

While it's not a regime change, at least apologies were made and cooler heads prevailed; that's something worth respect.

It's definitely something -- and a bit of a relief. Mutual respect is important, and I feel that the deal will certainly help further that.

I'd like to reopen relations with those we recently cut ties with in response to the Regional Sovereignty Conference as soon as possible; primarily the West Pacific, Spiritus, and Ainur.

Cultural festivals with other regions, posting contests (might put up a steam game under $20 as a prize), and flag contests are all things I want to do.

I'd like to get our regional newspaper churning out articles again, but I don't know if there's enough interest by people who actually have the time (or ability) to write; I know I suck at it.
