The Outlaw was previously maintained by Treize, but with the increasing responsibilities of the Keepership and with him being the only one writing for it, it eventually fell into disuse and has been that way for the past few months. It's technically under the governmental jurisdiction of the Priesthood of Ptah (Culture).

In regard to what will happen with it and the logistics of either rebooting the Outlaw or starting a new regional newspaper, that's something for the Pharaoh to address and I'll bring his attention to this thread. If it's an independently operated newspaper you want, any citizen (or group) is free to start one in the Shrine of Apis.

Well Cormac has left us with an option here. Do we want to start an independent paper or shall we see if the Pharaoh will let us reboot the government backed paper?

I kind of like the idea of an independent paper.

I quite agree. If we do make an independent paper can we have our own forum section?

That looks like the best one, although The Osiris Report has a nice ring to it.

Osiris Report seems too common.

The Eye of Osiris seems more towards who we are. Out flag/symbol has an eye on it...and we are the Eye of the region reporting on issues and the lot.

Open to other names.
