ISRA Joint Commander

There's now a group for ISRA Commander. I think the permissions are right; if you have any trouble feel free to let me know. The ISRA Command has also been given a separate header tab with all Command personnel included.

Charles, do you want separate forums for the Legion and separate forums for the ISRA?

Thanks. Nah its fine as it is given admission is still via the Legion. That said though, would you be open to having the Barracks at the top of the forum in its own little section to increase visibility for soldiers? Wouldn't affect index length for non-soldiers but would hopefully with reaction times rather than in its current place as a subforum in the middle of the index.

I'm fine with that. That's something I had considered doing before, given that it works well in several UCRs. I'll work on that now.

I should have noted as well that I added Cassius as a leader of the Imperial Sovereign Command joinable group.
