I am happy for their to be no rigid activity requirements for citizens, a nation within the region is adequate. As Cormac said, Concilors are held to a higher standard.

Fair enough. Sounds good to me.

Agreed with Cormac on activity requirements. Sinkers have enough issue with attracting and retaining citizens. Given political rights aren't granted along with citizenship but with Deshret membership, I don't think there is any particular need to remove inactive citizens.

I would be in favor of say a 30 day activity requirement then citizenship is revoked with the exception of a posted LoA being given. I would also be in favor of the oath being mandatory. But other than that this is some pretty solid work.

We seem to be somewhat divided on an activity requirement, so I'm going to leave that out and see where the votes fall. I stand by my view that it's an unnecessary burden given that political rights are vested in Deshret membership rather than citizenship, and it's also an unnecessary burden on the Executive as it will give them one more thing to check for each individual citizen once per month.

I still don't see the utility of an oath but I've gone ahead and added it as a requirement for citizenship. It may not have any practical use but since some seem to want it and it does no harm, there's no reason to exclude it.

I move that we vote.
