I agree with Klaus. That could become ridiculous.

As long as the subforums are kept within their own forum, off the main page, they shouldn't cause too much clutter anyway.

Can you clarify the following? Sorry if it's clunky and unorganized, I wrote it off the spot.
I've noticed that there are 7 "Categories" on the forum, each named after a city and specializing in a specific area (Thebes-integration, Memphis-diplomacy, Nekhen-Religion, Giza-Culture/Gov, Kadesh-Military, Kadesh-Legislature/Judiciary, Alexandria-Archives). A few of these (Alexandria-Ravenclaw, Karnak-Somerset, Kadesh-Koth, Giza-Bright Axe) are described as already belonging to a house. Makes sense so far, these are prominent families and have members here in the Fraternal Order, thus they are gifted a City (As per Article 2.2)
Now say I wanted to make a house. Lets say I like the Greeks and University life, so I decide I want to make a house called Alpha Phi Delta. Say I have some friends who agrees with me (Which also brings up the question of can you be apart of multiple Houses?). My friends and I follow the Registrar's guidelines and we're accepted. Where does this "house" go? Will a subforum full of the houses be made somewhere? Now lets continue from there. Some more people join the house and there are 7 people now, and as per Article 5.2, may apply for a township. Application granted. Does the actual subforum move or stay in the same place, but just labeled "township" opposed to house? Same applies to when it can apply to be a City. Is an already existing city (Like Giza or Nekhen) gifted to them? Or does a whole new category/city get made, tailored to how they want it?
Once again, I apologize for the clunky-ness and if this all a stupid question. I just wanted it to be clarified a little bit. Especially if appointed House Registrar.

I'd say that people can only be considered part of multiple houses if they can prove a blood-line to the other house, i.e. Rachel Somerset, can trace her heritage to the Anumia's via birth.
Cormac, can do the same (as her son) to Anumia and Somerset. He can also claim House Holland Stark by marriage.
As for where the new sections would go, every city will generally have some smaller towns nearby and there will always be outlying districts. I can also create a category for them hidden from the front page. Hopefully, when we have an interactive map then we can present the townships better.

Is this map going to be the "Land of Osiris" map, or an entirely new one?

I would hope that it's the Land of Osiris Map, although I wouldn't mind a larger map which is similar to the current one.

I'm going to suggest that this be implemented as an executive policy, and not passed as legislation at this time, so we can see how it's going to work. If legislation is needed later, we could tackle it then but right now I'm personally comfortable with leaving this at the level of executive policy to allow it more flexibility.

To be honest, I'm going to be against this. I just don't care for the overall idea.
