Same question I asked Raven:
I'm quite happy that you want to bring back the Territories Act. In line with that, would you permit Scribes to appoint deputies to take charge of the Priesthoods in the territories (for example, me appointing Priests of Seshat to be District Attorneys)?

Another question to all candidates:
Do you support the Sombrero-Anarchist campaign led by Hobbes and myself against the TAOist hegemony on the Non-WA Delegacy?

I would like to look at possible Treaty partners. I think Raven has done a great job rebuilding the whole Foreign Affairs area and would mostly be expanding on the current fondation.
What will be your criteria in identifying a region as a potential or worthy treaty partner for Osiris? And to what extent do you expect them to cooperate? (security, culture, overall international relations etc)
There are a lot of regions I could see us looking at a Treaty with. Each individual region is a good partner for its own reasons. When looking at Treaty allies for me culture and a non-aggression is where I tend to focus. This may be different depending on the region and what their strengths are and what they are looking for in an agreement. Overall in order for a Treaty to be successful the signatories need to have common goals/interests and a working relationship with one another.

I like to allow Scribes to have flexibility in running their departments. I would work with them to ensure that the right people are in place to help in any region claimed by us. The Scribes will have the freedom to bring people in to cover their departments as long as I am kept in the loop.

I have not heard of this and thus unable to answer.
