[Passed] Amendment to the Rules of the Council of Scribes

Amendment to the Rules of the Council of Scribes (1) Section 1(2) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes will be amended as follows:

Current Text wrote:(2) Citizens of the Osiris Fraternal Order, the Pharaoh and Priests excepted, will have a vote on all proposals and in all elections.
Amendment Text wrote:(2) Citizens of the Osiris Fraternal Order, the Pharaoh, Heir Apparent, and Priests excepted, will have a vote on all proposals and in all elections.

Fairly straightforward. I was reading the Rules of the Council of Scribes, and noticed that this clause contradicts Article II, Section 1(3) of the Scroll of Ma'at, which also excludes the Heir Apparent from voting in the Council of Scribes. This amendment just brings legislative rules in line with the constitution.

The Heir Apparent is technically part of the Council of Priests but isn't one, so I'm fine with this. Of course, I'll wait for some more people to share their opinion before moving to vote.
