My primary concern with anything relating to this (or any) election is keeping the delegacy secure. We need to expand the Atef with active, trustworthy members of our community and build up a wider pool of influence.
It'd only take one member of the Atef and a rogue Pharaoh to hold the region nigh-indefinitely because of how small our security council is right now. This is simple fact.

Non-time sensitive matters would obviously be best dealt with by the Deshret in the conference room, since the Deshret is the voice and will of the region.
