Voter Registry Updated

Hello all,

The Voter Registry has been updated with all votes from 2016 inputted. I have all minimized it to make it as easy as possible to maintain. As you will see, there are several councillors who should have been removed from the Deshret throughout for missing at least three consecutive votes as detailed in Section 1.3 of the Procedure of the Deshret. Due to lack of upkeep by the Keeper through the year, I don't believe it is fair to remove any councillors after the fact if they have voted since. I apologize for the position not upholding its responsibilities.

Therefore, I am only removing the councillors who have missed at least three consecutive votes as of today. I have provided the link to the Voter Registry for viewing as well a list of the councillors who have been removed from the Deshret. Each of these citizens will receive a PM letting them know that they have been removed and can reapply to the Deshret.

Upon further review, the Procedure of the Deshret was amended where four consecutive votes need to be missed to be removed from the Deshret. Therefore, Kraketopia and Franz Saint-Pierre have been readmitted. I apologize for the error and they have been notified.
