The Security Council:
Recognizing that the Region of Europeia has stood for peace and democracy for nearly a decade now. Applauding the fact that the Europeian government works tirelessly to uphold the freedoms of their citizens.
Highlighting the fact that citizens are all guaranteed freedoms of conscience and religion, as well as the freedoms of thought, belief, expression, and association.
Lauding the fact that Europeia grants all citizens the right to vote in elections for public offices and provides them all with equal protection under the law without discrimination.
Applauding the fact that Europeia is a signatory of multiple international treaties such as The Arnhelm declaration of recruiting standards, and COPS which contribute to international peace, stability of the entire world of Nationstates.
Noting the Fact that Europeia has signed treaties of friendship with over a dozen regions and that they maintain diplomatic and good relations contact via embassies with more than two dozen other regions.
Impressed that Europeia is always willing to befriend anyone that is interested in making the world a better place.
Praising the Europeian use of streaming media to conduct interviews across nationstates and all the good this does for keeping the entire world up to date on current events.

It's rough and i'd like to make it a bit better but all in all I think it a solid foundation. I'd like to include more about various military operations
