Condemn Bitely

Noting that The Principality of Bitely is a very new and very small nation, and has not had a long time to become involved in the NationStates community or the World Assembly.

Nevertheless Completely Dumbfounded that in that short time which Bitely has been an active participant in international affairs, they have already managed to complete destroy several time-honored processes of World Assembly legislation;

Appalled that shortly after joining the World Assembly, Bitely rushed to write out some rather awful legislation, and then proceeded to submit it to the proposal queue immediately, with absolutely no drafting phase, thereby circumventing the process by which WA proposals are critiqued, and preventing any suggestions for improvements on the legislation from taking effect;

Shocked that this rough draft of legislation actually managed to reach quorum, due largely to the amount of money Bitely's Ambassador put in to the proposal's WA telegram campaign, which targeted every single member nation of the World Assembly, over 20 000 nations,

Dismayed that this campaign also heavily contributed to the passage of GA#336 "World Space Administration", despite the opposition of the majority of WA delegates and two counter campigns, and that the resolution's success was most likely due only to the campaign Bitely mounted, which essentially amounts to vote buying; thereby leaving a permanent stain on the World Assembly by the complete destruction of the democratic process;

Terrified that Bitely has not only not expressed any regret for these actions, but also intends to do it again, by attempting to get "Irritable Bowel Syndrome Act" to vote and by drafting a replacement for "World Space Administration" in the event of its repeal (which is shockingly even worse than the original);

Recalling that the resolution in question, "World Space Administration", is such a complete trainwreck of a resolution that it inacts meaningless bureaucracy on WA nations, to the benefit of practically no one, and that it harms space-capable nations, nations who are developing space-flight, and nations who do not wish to develop space flight alike, thereby failing completely in its presumed goal;

Dreading that perhaps that was the original intent of GA#336, and that Bitely has succeeded in making everyone's lives worse for their own benefit;

Noting that the nation of Bitely has done nothing of note except pass bad legislation and waste everyone's time, and that at the time of this resolution's writing has no accomplishments except supporting the international community monetarily and passing the before mentioned resolution;

Hereby Condemns The Principality of Bitely

Full support. This proposal is an embarrassment to the Security Council, but I don't care. The butthurt that Bitely has caused should be enshrined in these halls forever...or at least until it gets repealed 4 days later.
