I have seen this petition, and i will be issuing my verdict shortly.

The Court has reviewed the application for a criminal trial. With the accused presenting to the Court, that he would like a trial, we therefore will be moving to the next phase of this process.

The Court will inform the Defendant, of the charges, and the ability to plea to said charges.

The motion is approved.

HOWEVER, this case can not move forward until I am for certain that the case applicant is indeed a deputy of the Scribe of Justice. The Criminal Codex Act provides that charges such as this must be brought by the Scribe, or his deputy. If the applicant is not a deputy of the Scribe, I will allow the Scribe to resubmit this motion.

I am not a member of the justice ministry. My apologies to the court, I was under the impression that any citizen could file a complaint for investigation.

Your apology is accepted. Even while the Scribe of Justice may "approve" of your filing, that unfortunately cannot make it valid under the law. The Criminal Records Act is not the only regulation that mandates this either, it comes from the State Code as well.

State Code. Section 4. wrote:4. The Pschent will have the power to hear prosecution of alleged criminal offenses by the Scribe of Justice or their deputy, to decide guilt or the lack of it, and to determine penalties for guilty parties according to the standards established by law.

I would need to take another look, so do not quote me when I say that you should make conversation with the Scribe of Justice to see what can be done to satisfy your need to see justice be done.

One more thing, before you go, Mr. Ainocra, as Keeper of the Deshret, you are the leader of the legislative branch of our great and mighty regional government and I found myself disappointed when I opened up the evidence you provided.

... Now, I have no prejudice for or against legs. However, sir, everyone here, including you, should know better than to include irrelevant material or images in documents that you are about to give to a Court of Law. It is disrespectful, and a violation of court decorum... Next time, I hope that when you take a screen shot, you are more aware of what you are doing.

As I said before, if the Scribe of Justice or his Deputy would like to resubmit this motion, they are more than welcome to do so.
