We don't, actually. The Scribe of Justice could be separately nominated. If I'm reading the Pharaoh's post right, he wants us to proceed on these nominations and will submit a Scribe of Justice nominee when one is available. As crime isn't really a problem here, it isn't the most pressing cabinet position anyway.
