This is probably the most entertaining thread in the entire forum, thanks to all participants. I can't say that it will have any bearing on my voting behavior in potential future PNG reconsiderations, but it surely made my morning.

Absolutely, War Wombat! We've got a surplus!
Alexa wrote:Oh Tim, I thought they told you... Your sign, though nicely done, has no effect on the decisions made. Great effort on your part however, I think it's time you call it quits.

You have been in this park for far too long. If we had law enforcement, I would ask that they remove you in such a way as to leave nasty bruises and so on, but since we don't I would ask you kindly to cease and desist.

This tent will live on! Obviously it's not making an impact on decisions made, do you think I expect it to?

This protest tent is perfectly suited for the declaration I'm about to make.

It is with great regret that I hereby renounce my citizenship in Osiris, including my priesthood and Deshret memberships. In all my years in NS, no legislative body has ever caused me to stare at my screen and shake my head in disbelief as often as the Deshret did in only a couple of weeks. Should this region ever be couped again, I will not be surprised this time. My apologies to the Pharaoh and Vizier, who are both doing a great job, it doesn't work out with Osiris and me.

Umm, all right then. That's a pretty strong approach to take based on some disagreements in the Deshret over whether our judiciary should be elected or appointed, and it's somewhat odd that with you taking the less democratic position you are arguing that this makes Osiris backward...

Nonetheless, as you wish, and don't let the door hit you in the ass.

The judiciary discussion did not even factor into my decision... My resignation is in no way intended to criticize you, Cormac. It just doesn't work for me.

I'm doing quite alright, aside from a sports injury! At the moment, I'm on a Netflix binge and am in denial that college applications are happening soon. :P

This is certainly an interesting turn of events. As you were one of the people who chose to look past McCarthy-esque Rumour Mills and voted against the Declaration of my Persona Non Grata status, I am certainly sad to see you go. I must admit I have not been reading up on the Deshret lately, so I'm not sure what drama may have caused you to retire from this region, and I'm not sure I do want to know. I've heard frustration regarding the Deshret from other members of Osiris, so perhaps this is indeed a justified frustration. Nonetheless, best of luck with your NS Career and I do concur - Pharaoh Severisen and Vizier Cormac are doing a fantastic job.

I'd be editing this into my post above, but am unable to do so due to actions unrelated to mine.

Anyways, if I may ask, what did cause you to leave Osiris?
