When Venico couped, I was banned due to the delusions that I'm a member of Empire that people seem to harbor. I think that's about it.

The consensus of the Hedjet of Osiris is to deny this application. We are happy to retain Guy as ambassador from Spiritus or for Spiritus to dispatch another, additional ambassador, but given your history in relation to Osiris, the Hedjet is not comfortable accepting this application.
