Gatepass to Culture

Greetings Citizens of Osiris.

Today, I'd like to announce a new way to access Osiris for those who want to explore our regional culture: The Gatepass to Culture, which will be a travel passport allowing you to explore the Great Cities of Osiris, take part in events within the Shrines of the Temple of Ptah (our Culture Temple) and learn a little more about Osiris before committing to citizenship.

The requirements are thus:

1. You do not need a nation in Osiris.
2. You can visit from any region.
3. You must not be Persona Non Grata in Osiris. (You would know if it was the case)

There are drawbacks to this masking however:

1. You will not have access to the Foreign Embassies (unless you apply for Diplomatic Masking separately).
2. You will not have access to the Deshret (Legislature), Pschent (Judiciary) or the Applications processes for executive departments.
3. You will not have access to World Assembly voting, or elections that involve citizens. Nor will you be able to stand for elections. You may also not serve in the Diplomatic Service, Military, Hedjet, Atef or any branch of government. (Making that clear.)
4. You will need to be active in one form of cultural activity at least once every two months to maintain the Gatepass. These requirements may change as time goes on.

You may, should you choose, apply for Citizenship using the appropriate thread, it is not required.
