The forum user Niadh has been permanently banned from this forum for conduct toward another NationStates player that reaches a level of OOC impropriety that will not be tolerated from a user of this forum -- regardless of whether such behavior took place on this forum.

I do not make this decision lightly and it is not without precedent. Govindia has long been banned from the Osiris forum community, both this forum and the previous forum, for his crossing of OOC boundaries that should not be crossed by NationStates players. Tyler Kazakov is also banned from this forum both for his acts of forum destruction and his persistent harassment of other NationStates players. Our community has established the precedent, in banning Govindia and Tyler Kazakov, that the crossing of such OOC boundaries will not be tolerated, and that precedent is the precedent I am applying in banning Niadh from this forum.

As Niadh was not a citizen of the Osiris Fraternal Order, no further evidence regarding his behavior will be provided, in order to protect the privacy of the other person(s) involved.
