The Council of Guardians has approved the Amendment to Citizenship Administration (2) in the Scroll of Horus, this Act has also been passed by the Council of Scribes. The text of this Act can be read below.

(2) The Pharaoh or designated executive or security official(s) will be responsible for approving or rejecting citizenship applications within seven days of filing. The Council of Guardians will approve or reject citizenship applications neglected for longer than seven days. The Pharaoh or designated executive or security official(s) may approve or reject citizenship applications neglected for longer than seven days after declaring intent to do so to the chairperson of the Council of Guardians.
