The defendant has been notified and will have until the end of July 11th to enter a plea. If the defendant does not enter a plea the trial will continue and they will be tried in absentia

That being said, Krotfordamia how do you plead to the charge of Citizenship Fraud?

The Plaintiff has added the charges of Treason and Espionage.

II(1) "Treason" is defined as any attempt to overthrow or rebel against or incite others to overthrow or rebel against the Osiris Fraternal Order.
II(3) "Espionage" is defined as the unsanctioned disclosure by a Citizen of the Osiris Fraternal Order of confidential information relative to the interest or security of Osiris to a foreign region and/or its representative.

Each of these crimes carries a maximum sentence of permanent regional and/or forum ban, revocation of citizenship, and/or permanent prohibition of future citizenship.

The Defendant has pleaded Not Guilty to the initial charge of Citizenship Fraud.
How does the Defendant plead to the charges of Treason and Espionage?

The Defendant has entered a plea of Guilty to the charges of Treason and Espionage, and a plea of Not Guilty to Citizenship Fraud.

Given this, would the Plaintiff like to drop the charge of Citizenship Fraud, and proceed to the Sentencing phase for the other two charges?

[Altino]

Aye. When initially asked, he stated that he had lied on his citizenship application, but later changed his story. If even in the face of affirmation that he has committed espionage and treason he still insists that he was mistaken in first saying he'd lied on his application, I'm willing to accept that as probable truth. I will drop the fraud charge.

The Court now requests that The Pharaoh present her evidence, so that it may be evaluated with regard to sentencing.
