(1) Article VIII, Section 4 of the Scroll of Horus will be amended as follows:
Amendment to Article VIII Section 4 wrote:(4) The Pharaoh or designated executive or security official(s) will revoke the citizenship of any citizen whose nation in Osiris voluntarily relocates or ceases to exist, or who does not post on the regional forum at least once per calendar month, according to procedure established by the Pharaoh.
